Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

moving out of house

I am on the deed and

mortgage to our marital

residence. I move out because

husband is having multiple

affairs and I want a divorce.

Can I go into the house to

retrieve my belongings? What

if he changed the locks and I

climb through a window?

Re: moving out of house

You can go in and do whatrever you want. Just don't get into a violent situation. If you are certain you want a divorce, you need to start the process and get some temporary orders in place. If you are in Summit County, I do domestic work there. Feel free to contact me and I will give you a quote (even if you aren't in Summit, feel free to contact me with any questions).
