Moving out of state with Child

I am going through a divorce and we have a one year old son. I would like to move out of state with our son and my husband is permitting me to do so. What rights do i have or what actions can i take to be able to move with our son ?

Re: Moving out of state with Child

First of all, I would get his consent to move out of state in writing. Once the consent is in writing, then you may just leave and the divorce decree and visitation schedule should reflect the fact that you live out of town. Several counties in Ohio have a standard long distance visitation schedule such as Medina County. Your attorney who is working with you on the divorce should be able to determine if your county has a lond distance visitation schedule.
