Needing help to gain custody

Recently, my fiance and I discovered that there were full nude pics of his 14 year old that had been sent to my fiances email address. We have no idea wo took them, where they were taken etc? The 14 yr olf lives with her mother along with her 12 yr old sister. They girls are left home alone, they have free run of the streets while their mother works at a bar. The girls have ''gangster'' self portraits of them selves poseted on their myspace, they are flicking off the camera, the youngest has been recently threatned to be expelled from school. All this happens under their mothers care. The 14yr old girls boyfriends mother has threatned a restrain order againt the 14 yr old. My fiance takes the girls to school every morning because their mother refuses to get up and take them. How could we use this against the mother if at all possible. The girls are OUT OF CONTROL!!!! Is there any hope for us at all??

You should certainly make a complaint to Children Services, no matter what your chances for custody might be. It is possible that you could gain custody. It depends on several factors. What county are you in? Best Regards, Edward DiCato
