Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
My Neices mom just recently died, dad wants custody. Child's last name is the same as the fathers. Her mom's family is trying to get the 20 year old sister to get guardianship.
What's rights does dad have.

A parent has superior rights to custody and the only way for it to be taken is a showing the parent is unfit. Dad must be the legal father. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Edward diCato
