Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Obligations in a divorce decree

In my divorce I agreed to leave my name on the loan of the family home until my child support obligation ended and my youngest son was 18. That time has come and in the decree it states that my ex wife will have my name removed from the loan by refinancing or selling the house. Is there any legal way I can force her to fullfill her obligation? The loan is through my VA benefits and she would have had to sell the house 7 years ago if I had not agreed to this at the time of our divorce.
