In Ohio, can a couple divorce during a pregnancy when both agree that the fetus is not the husbands?

Yes, but from a non-legal perspective, that could cause added strain on the mom and the baby by association. That's obviously not a medical opinion as I am not a doctor but it seems possible that that might make the pregancy harder which could possibly affect the baby.

That being said, a divorce is possible. The longer term important issues are child custody, child support, visitation, shared parenting, and others.
