" Ohio Law on Common Law marriages"

Could you please tell me what are the Ohio Laws pertaining to common law marriages ? What are the couples legal responsibility, Time span ? No children ?

Common law marriage was eliminated from Ohio law a number of years ago. If the common law relationship you are referring to was in force more than 10 to 20 years ago (I don't remember exactly when it was removed and it doesn't affect common law marriages in force prior to the change) let me know and I'll try to dig up the information.
