In Ohio, there is a presumption that a child born while two people are married is the child of the marriage. However, if an action is brought to establish paternity in the Juvenile Court and the Juvenile Court finds that the child's father is not the husband, then child support payments would be owed by the actual father once the Juvenile Court established those.
