Iwent thru cancer 5 yrs ago my husband started an online affair-he says there is nothing wrong with it and it was my fault he started it-because of me turning sexually inactive because on the cancer-he says i'm out of line bringing it up-he says a lawyer would just laugh a divorce out of court am i wrong to feel hurt and betrayed and is thus grounds for a divorce----p.s. no kids involved also he said i would lose everything even tho i'm the only one with an income and pay all the bills

In Ohio, divorce is now no-fault. One does not have to have "grounds" and martial property would get divided equally between the couple. I don't believe any lawyer, magistrate or judge would laugh at your situation.
