Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
''Second Opinions?''
Simply put, my parents and I are somewhat dissatisfied with an attorney who has been representing us, and wondering what could be, and/or could have been, done differently. I have called a couple of other attorneys, and have been told they would not even speak with/consult me if I already have representation. If a person can get a second opinion of another doctor if they doubt an original diagnosis, why can we not get a ''second opinion,'' so to speak, if we think another attorney may be able to help better, but are unsure? It's really only a consultation we seek, upon which we would base our decision to keep or dismiss out current attorney.

Re: ''Second Opinions?''
Youre absolutely correct. Some attorneys just hate to do it. I don't know why, because I always encourage my clients to get second opinions when they have questions. I have no problems doing the same. Please dont hesitate to call unless I am already your attorney. Stephen Daray 440.835.8200.
