Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I owe my ex wife 9000 in back child support.we have agreed that her new husband is going to adopt our child.will i still owe the back support after the adoption??

It depends. You would want an agreement with them that if you sign over your rights that you will not owe this amount of money. But, I recommend that you are represented by an attorney so that the agreement is iron clad. I would be able to help you with this.
