Parental Rights

How does a father turn over his parental rights (for his son) to the child's mother, regardless of whether or not this alleviates him of the responsibilities of child support?

Re: Parental Rights

If the mother is agreeable, I believe this could be done by filing a permenant custody suit in either the juvenile or domestic court. If you are seeking counsel, feel free to contact me and I would be glad to quote a price.

Best regards, Edward DiCato
