parenting and divorce

I had my son at 17. 6 months after i had my son i married his father. No test was taken to prove he was the father. does he have rights to my son?

From what you've given he is not legally the father. A praternity proceeding would be needed to establish his status. He currently has no rights. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
