If parents had agreed on shared parenting, may they take it to the courts to have it changed?

In Ohio, shared parenting is only appropriate if the parents can cooperate in get along regarding the major decisions involving a child. If the parents to no longer communicate and cooperate then 1 of the 2 parents should file a motion to modify or terminate the shared agreement.
