Do I have to pay child support if i'm dating the mom?

My g/f makes over 40,000.00 (hair dresser) but she claims 16,000.00 on her taxes. Well she filed for goverment support on the delivery of our baby(due date march 6th, 2006). I make $27,500 a year. Will i have to pay child support if we are dating still? Also when they figure up the child support payment will they find out about her cheating on her taxes? Will i have to pay more? What can i do? If you need anymore information let me know. She also has a house she lives in and just her house payment is 756.00 a month.

As the father, you are required to pay child support whether you have a relationship with mom or not. As to what you have to pay in child support, if she does not own up to her income, it is your responsibility to prove that she is wrong.
