Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

If im paying child support what are my rights of being able to visit the child, and how do i go about it to request a DNA test to determen if shes mine i,v been told by her mother and the boyfriend and a few other friends that the child isnt mine well if thats the case then why am i paying chid support. could you plz direct me on how to take care of this matter. Thank you.
