Pension benefits after re-marriage

Brother's wife set to receive part of his pension benefits as part of divorce settlement. He won't be retiring for at least 15 years and she has since remarried. Is she still entitled to the benefits?

Depends entirely on the terms of the divorce decree. Unless otherwise stated, remarriage will not have an effect of the pension plan.
