Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

the person on my childs birth certificate is not her father. (my due date was wrong) I however, never said anything like a coward when I had her. How do I remove him from the birth cert and contact her real father legally and prove all of this in the mean time?

You need to institute a proceeding for a paternity action. In it you will explain that the wrong father was placed on the birth certificate. Are you trying to get child support from this man?
