Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Post Divorce Name Change

If one has a divorce, anullment, or dissolusion, does the man have the right to legally force his ex-wife to change her last name back to her maiden name? The marriage was for less than 1 year and took place in Ohio (as did the divorce). The parties now live in Arizona and Nevada.
