Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Pre-numptual agreements ..are they necessary

I am looking to possibly get married in the future. I am about 11 years older then her. Over the years I have consumed a pretty good amount of wealth... 401K, house, savings, etc.

She has a little bit but only about 1/20th of me.

If I were to get married without a prenump, is she entitled to everything I have accumulated up until we say ''I DO''??

No, but if you're living together you better keep your finances separate, and I strongly advise a pre-nup.
