Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Prenuptial Agreement
I live in Ohio but will be getting married legally in West Virginia so that our parents can be involved. Do I need a prenuptial agreement prepared for Ohio (state of residence) or West Virginia (State where marriage license will be obtained)?

It shouldn't matter where the prenup is prepared and signed. Since you are residing in Ohio where presumably your assets are, it would make sense to have it done in Ohio.
