Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Can i prevent my ex from moving in door. He has express an interest in buying the house next door. We share 3 minor children (12, 14, 16). WE have been divorced for 6 years. I have a huge stack of emails, showing years him antagonizing and causing fighting; parental alienation against me. The children are very stressed out when we are in the same vicinity. HELP!

In Ohio, unless there is a court order against your ex husband living within a certain distance of you, there may be nothing you can do. If you feel that it is not in the best interests of the children for your husband to live there, then perhaps you could make a motion before the Court for an order preventing him from living close by you. But I would talk with an attorney experienced in divorce law in your area first.
