Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

going pro se and need to make changes

I have recently had my case closed.

Based on the decisions that the

Magistrate made, I need to now go back

to court and file Pro Se a motion to

reopen, along with a motion to find my

ex husband in contempt as well as

changes in the decision the magistrate

made. Where do I find a form, if there

are forms, or how do I do that. I am not

familar with all of the legal terminology

used to file motions.

Thank you

Re: going pro se and need to make changes

Why is your case closed if you need to find your ex-husband in contempt? Are you disputing the separation agreement, and there are no minor children? You are probably not going to find the forms you need in one place. I suggest going to the branch of your local library that houses legal resources and asking a reference librarian for assistance on each of these motions.
