Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

hi, i have a serious problem with my ex-wife, and the messy dissolution/divorce we're going through, she left me and took our kids and moved into her parents house, we've been married for 5 years and it's been a trial dealing with her and her parents, she has been busted multiple times with major pathalogical lies and cost us thousands of dollars because of lack of finatial resposibility on her part, ( lack of paying bills, bounced checks, nonpayment of utilities, anf lieing about it, etc.), she also kept our home in such a filthy dissarray, that it was unhealthy for the kids to live in, the hatred and pressure from her parents, twards me because of their Amish/Mennonite background, and lack of understanding twards me, and constant venomous attitude twards me, and the pressures of trying to hold down a difficult job as an assistant manager of a convienent store, and the lack of wifley duties, and lack of resposibility, and dishonesty, and infedelity, on my wifes part, was too much to bear, so much so, that i had a nervous breakdown, and ( hospitalized myself), for extreme drpression, drinking, and hurting myself, i went to her with all of this and she didnt know any of what i was doing, and i told her i was going to hospitalize myself, to seek help for myself, and especially for the kids, and for the marriage, she and her parents took it upon themselves to remove me from the premisis, and change the locks on the trailer, and paint me out to be some unstable criminal, and then filed bogus charges with children services against me to further destroy my life, which said charges were subsequently dismissed by children services, and wre found to be unfounded, wich i have a copy of in my possesion. my wife, has an attourney and refuses to let me have any requested information about my children, ( social security numbers, birth certificates, marrige license, tax information, etc.), i am trying to seek legal representation, and will pay retainer to one on friday Feb. 19th.

The whole time this is going on our children are being adversley affected by her and her parents hatred twards me, and my 4 yr. old daughter is repeating to me some of the things being said, wich is heart wrenching at best. my wife REFUSES to let me have ANY time hardley with my daughters, stating, " My attourney says, i dont have to give you ANY visitations with the kids, because we had our oldest out of welock, and the youngest which is only 5 months old, is too young and i dont have to let you see her either, because you havent paid any child support." subsequently, nothing has been filed with the courts, i've asked her and her attourny for a proposal for the dissolutionment of marriage, so we can establish child support, and custody/visitations, her attourny and her have been harrassing me at work and, pressing me for information ona daily basis, i've tried to keep things amicable, but she refuses to keep the peace, and the hatred she and her family is throwing at me, even in front of the kids, is overwhealming, I NEED HELP, PLEASE !!! i love my kids ,and want to take care of them, but she has forced me into almost indegency, and am forced to drive 65 mniles a day to and from work, at 100 dollars a week in gasoline, and pay rent, and phone, and car insurance, ( which she is still on and refuses to take herself off of), and food, all on the income of $9.25 per hour at my job, which my schedual flops all over the clock, being the assistant manager. her attourney is trying to slap me with 502 dollars a month in child support, and i only clear 1100 dollars a month......i cant afford that at all, i want to take care of my kids, but i feel like the kids and i are the victims here, due to her selfish immaturity, and i would like to know what accountability she has in all this?? i'm trying to get a better job, ....... it's hard going, with my schedual at work, and all the pain i'm going through, i'm continuing with counselling, to help me deal with all of this, and it's hard. i guess, i need to know, what do I have going for me as regaurds to my kids, visitations, child support, and this messy divorce???
