Problems with ex not allowing visitation.
My husband has been having a problem with his ex wife. She will not allow him to see his child. This has been going on for about a year and my husband does pay his child support every week. She recently tried to take him to court for more money and he found out she did not tell the court that she was living with someone and my husband informed the court that she was. Nothing happened to him at that hiring but he hasn't seen his child. He goes to her house when he is to have the child but she says no and has moved. What can we do?

Child support and issues of visitation and custody are entirely separate. Even if one party is not in compliance with child support payments doesn't grant the other party the right to violate the court orders. And the same is true in the other direction. If the custodial parent doesn't allow visitation and there is a specific visitation order in the divorce decree (or subsequently was obtained) that parent can seek relief through a contempt proceeding. Or, if there is no such order or it is vague, you can go back to court to have it spelled out as an order.
