Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

property dispute

My husband and I own a house and we have a 4 year old son together. My husband also has two kids a 13 and 12 year old from a previouse marriage (which he has custody of). If we were to get a divorse and both wanted to keep the house who would be likely to get it or be able to reside in it till the divorse was over? And would him having other kids effect the out come?

Him having other children would possibly effect the outcome of any temporary orders with respect to the home. Not that it would be determinative. It depends on how well your lawyer is able to argue on your behalf. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
