My exhusband of 3 years has some guns that belonged to my father who is deceased. I have asked him for them back numerouse times & he won't return them to me. My mother is sick now and I would like to return these to her, am I leagally entitled to have them back? My dad's estate was willed to my mother, I was the executrix for my father and these guns are still registered to him. If I leagally deserve them, how do I get him to give them back?

Your mother needs to file a replevin action against your ex-husband for return of the guns. Were they allocated in your divorce?
