My divorce was final Nov, 19 07. I paid $175 for a QDRO. It was put in the court journal on the 19th of Nov.07. It was first denied because my ex's SSN and birthday were not on it. It was denied again and I called the lawyer I had and she told me my ex's lawyer was trying to have the QDRO rewritten to get her more of my pension. Now they want me to pay arrears back to Nov.19. I'm trying to get the arrears taken off. I think her lawyer needs to be held accountable. I need to know how to go about this as soon as possible. The lawyer I had told me getting my full pension check for those few months was a perk. She now knows I don't agree with her in the least and that I won't be asking for help in the future.

You can file a grievance against your lawyer with your county's bar association.
