Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My question is this what does the law say about me paying custody of my children if the exwife moves out of state or possible county? What are my legal rights to not approve?

In Ohio, your divorce decree will govern visitation with the children. If the mother desires to move out of state or out of the country, then she is going to have to clear that with the court. At the hearing on that subject, you can protest and present evidence that such a move would not be in the best interests of the children. You could also be proactive and make a motion for an order that she not move the children with out the court's permission.
