Quit Claim Deeds

My husband and I divorced in 98 and I signed a quit claim deed on our home. Since then we have remarried and I would like to know what we need to do to replace my name on our home. Thank you

To get your name back on the house, your husband must sign a deed transferring the house from him to you and him, either as joint tenants, or jointly, with right of survivorship. He is the only one who can do this, however.
