Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Recently divorced, ex is being sued for incident prior to divorce.

I am recently divorced. My ex just informed me he is being sued for $150,000 for a fight he was involved in prior to our divorce. He was found guilty in criminal court. The house was awarded to me in divorce. #1. Can this lawsuit in any way fall back on me? My ex is still on the mortgage loan but not on the title of the home. #2. Will my spousal support be effected if he loses and gets his wages garnished?

As a realistic proposition, if your ex spouses wages are garnished there will be that much less money to pay spousal and/or child support. Therefore, it may pose a problem to get your money. As to the house, it should be safe, unless, it can be shown that you took the house in order to protect it from creditors.
