Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Recently left my fianc� due to verbal an emotional abuse and took our 4 year old daughter with me. How do I file so I'm primary care giver of her?? And how do I file for full custody or is that awarded with the primary care giver?

In Ohio, if you are indigent, you should call your local legal aid society or Bar Association so that they will give you a referral to a lawyer who can help you. Failing this, you can go to the Ohio Supreme Court's website and you will find sample motions you can use as templates to fill out and submit to a court.
