Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Recently I have moved to Vegas and is now married.the problem is I have a daughter who my husband is not the father of.my grandma who I use to live with said I got sum court mail and that my dAughters father filed custody but she sent it back with wrong address because in no longer stay with het.wat can I do to not get in trouble with the courts.he doesn't even pay child support will he win?

If you do not respond, there is a good chance that the custody suit will go forward without you, as they will obtain what is called service by publication.
