Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Yes I recently am getting out of a 7yr relationship and my ex has our children in harms way they are living in a house in marion county with their grandmother that is a drug user. I was made known of this earlier this month and reported my claim to local jfs personal and they did a quick open and shut case to this without talking with me farther.

I got proof of my claim but dont know who to turn to who will believe me. I got them on tape talking about lieing to the JFS personal and can show proof of the kids mother being unfit by emotional and psychological Domestic Violence and also of their mothers relationship with a known sex offender i have in my mind 3 extremly important pieces of proof to show my claims genuine. anyone that can help me i would me greatly appreciative

Does your ex have full custody of the kids? Do you have any other evidence, besides the tape, that they lied to JFS? If you have proof of the abuse or neglect then you need to file a motion for custody. But, the key is you have to have proof of this.
