when recieving spousal support what rights do i have about having someone live with me

In Ohio, most divorce decrees have language that spousal support shall continue until the recipient of that support gets married or cohabitates (lives with another as if she/he were married) with another person. At that point, if your ex spouse found out about it, he/she could bring a motion to terminate the spousal support based upon the cohabitation.
