Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

How do I Rectify this?

When married,i was asked if married before - to make a long story as short as possible, I was married previously and embarrassingly short amount of time - my laywer at the time said for all intents and purposes, I was never married - and when I re-married, I took that into consideration coupled with the fact I didn't have a copy of the divorce papers and couldn't obtain them at the time. So when Asked if I was married before, I said ''no'' - what legal implications does this have and how could I rectify it?

Thanks

First, were you divorced before? If you were not divorce, then you may not married to your current husband. If you were legally divorced, there is probably little legal consequence, but you need to contact the marriage license department in the county you get your marriage license to be safe.
