reduction of child support based on disability hardship

i am legally disabled. i only receive $615 a month in benefits. my sons mother has an income of 56k and gets $189 a month of my check leaving me with only $425 left to live. i have been homeless for a year and own nothing at all. i starve half of each month. i have an existing case in akron family court and want to file a motion for reduction. will this work for me?

While I can't say that requesting modification of child support will definitely work, it may be worth a try. You can start by contacting CESA first.
