Relations between divorced first cousins.
We are first cousins, both divorced I have a child.(and full custody) What are my rights/risks if we are in a relationship??

Ohio revised code 3101.01 states that first cousins can not get married in Ohio. Other thatn that there is no problem other than what problems every other couple has.

As long as you are both adults, I don't see a problem. But under Ohio law you cannot marry because the law prohibits individuals closer in relationship than second cousins from marrying.
