Relinquishing Rights

Can a person relinquish their right to a child because the other parent is not willing to go for mediation to establish a visitation schedule. And we can not afford an attorney. And my husband is tired of the games that his son's mother is playing.

What is the matter with the standard order of visitation? The court established visitation if the parties can not agree. However, the noncustodial parent can not give up as the Court may interpret that as a desire not to see the kids
