Relocating w/children prior to divorce

I live in Ohio. My husband threw me & our 3 children out of the house today. I've never worked during the marriage, and the only place I have to go is my Parent's home in Florida. Can I move down there without notifying him first? Neither of us has been declared ''custodial'' parent yet.

Either file for temporary custody immediately, or get to florida immediately, and start the 6 month clock running to establish residence there now. Each parent has equal righys to the minor children until such time as the court enters an order.
