Re: Remarrying
There is no chance he will stop you from marrying unless your fiance never got legally divorced. However, he can use such an event to file a motion to modify. You need to approach your move to Ohio with some caution. What you need to do depends on factual information you have not provided. For example what type of relationship do you have with your fiance's child? How have you gotten to know him/her? How do you get along with him/her? These are all things that can make a difference.
Re: Remarrying
The ex can not stop you from marrying, but the Court may put restrictions on visitation and custody. In a worst case scenario, the court could transfer custody to the father, but in all likelyhood, the Court may put restrictions in your involvment in the Child's life or keep it status quo.
