removing a child out of state in ohio

I have a 5 year old grandson. My daughter and him live with her boyfriend. They are now wanting to relocate to Florida with him. She is a single parent. The father is very involved in my grandson's life and pays all child . All of my grandson's relatives live here. Both of his parents have shared parenting. Can she remove him from his Dad?

If they have shared parenting, there is a shared parenting agreement. If the agreement does not provide for this trip to florida, then it is a violation of the agreement and a contmpt of Court motion may be brought against her. It may be a good time fot him to go to court and ask for full custody.
