Renting a room

I am divorced and I received spousal support. Can I rent a room in my home to a male friend without losing my spousal support? I already asked this question and got no reply.

Depends entirely on the terms of the divorce decree. If there is a provision in there terminating support if there is remarriage, or living in a state tantamount to marriage, it is up to the opposing party to prove that such a state exists.
