Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Reposibility to notify noncustodial parent w/ visitation of a move

My ex fought for visitation last December after a year of not contacting our children. The court gave me custody and granted him visitation. He would miss weeks here and there and eventually stopped showing up in March. I moved a few blocks away mid-April. I filed an address change with Child Support. My phone # remained the same. I do not know how to contact my ex other than through his mother. I gave her my new address shortly after the move. I have not heard from my ex since he stopped showing for visitations. Am I responsible for locating him and giving him my address change or is notifying child support and his mother enough since my phone # stayed the same?

Send your ex a copy of what you filed with CSEA to his last known address, whereever that might be. You also might want to send a copy to his lawyer, if he has one.
