Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
I am the residential parent named in a dissolution, however my ex husband currently has the children living with him and refuses to allow them to move back in with me or even allow me contact with them. Can I go to his home with my court documents and a police officer and force him to relinquish the children?

While you are the residential parent, how was custody allocated between your and your ex? If custody is shared, going back to court to have the custody decree modified may be your strongest avenue.
