restraining order
if your husband has temporary custody of the children and puts a restraining order on you, i know your not allowed to have contact with him, but does he have the right to contact your contacts and ask questions about you or even go around them

Depends entirely on the express terms of the order. If his contact of your friends is deemed by you to be vexing or harrassing, then you can file a Motion in contempt against him.
