Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
restraining orders
our sons exwife keeps placing restraint orders against him, everytime she sees us his family in stores, resturants etc. It has gotten so bad he maybe discharged from USN because of continuing restraining orders even though he has not been in ohio for over 3yrs. the one before this last one he was serving in iraq! what can we do to stop her from falsly giving information to get her attorney to submit this and a judge for granting them without physical evidence?
Thank you

Re: restraining orders
I see two possible avenues. You may try a contempt motion through the domestic court or a civil lawsuit (possibly defamation or abuse of process).
