Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Restricted Visitation

What would I need to "prove" in order to get restricted visitation in regards to my son's father? My ex's behavior over the past 6 years has been questionable, manipulative and disturbing. My son is adversely affected by time with his dad. What can I do?

You would have to prove changed circumstances that were of such a nature that it would be contrary to your son's best interests to continue with the current visitation order.Or, if this is really serious, you might talk with Children Services about filing an abuse or neglect complaint. Without knowing specifics I can only give you general guidelines. Issues of custody and visitation are very fact intensive so you have to know the situation to be able to advise.
