Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

What rights do I have as a parent but seperated

Not legally separated & working on the relationship (somewhat). What rights do I have if I was kicked out of my own home for ''30 days'' that is under my name to let my wife 'cool down'?

We have a 4 yr old son and I would like to know if I still have a 'say' on whom watches him and where? Also, I've been told by my wife in no uncertain terms am I welcomed to stay @ the home until after 30 days and referred to calling cops (when there are has never been any physical abuse whatsoever), hence the separation but nothing official...i think? Is there a way to find out if she filed for this?

Re: What rights do I have as a parent but seperated

You have all the rights of a married spouse and parent who has not been abusive physically, emotionally and financially to either your spouse or your children. Marital assets and liabilities are shared and parenting is shared.
