Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

rights and responsibilities

Hello,

I have sole custody of my two beautiful daughters. Their dad has visitation. I would like to send them to private school. They have been in public school in the past. I will accept all of the financial responsibility for this choice. My ex says he will take me to court if I do this. Can I make this decision without his permission?

You should be able to seek a modification of the child support agreement through the court.
